- use locally grown produce and vendors, and sell foods according to seasonality
- offer condiments in multiple use containers rather than individual packages
- buy dry food items in bulk ( larger quantities = less packaging )
- donate leftover food to the food bank or compost sites

- use all reusable containers for food storage and transportation
- use powerless insulated containers to keep food hot or cold
