Delivery charges for drop off items

We have incorporated 3 different zones in the Edmonton area and 2 zones in the outer Edmonton and outlying communities:

Zone 1: Riverbend Road, Rabbit Hill Road, Brookside

Zone 2: Areas closely linked to the Whitemud and Whyte Ave: South to 23 Ave; East to Gateway Blvd; North to Stony Plain Road and North Saskatchewan River; West to 199 Street Meadowlark, Terra Losa, Glenora, Callingwood, U of A, Gateway, White Ave (west end), Erminskin.

**Deliveries over 30 people per order may be charged a double delivery charge (re: 2 people will need to be present to deliver and set-up).

Our Staff

All of our staff are friendly and courteous professionals that have years of experience in the food service industry.

All staff is paid a minimum of three hours.

Please inquire about current rates for various positions.

Rental and Liquor

If your event requires additional components such as liquor, glassware, plate ware or even tables and linens we'll take care of all the details. If you need it, we'll get it.

Liquor costs are based on consumption and open bottles.
Liquor restocking fee is 20% on returned goods.

Management Fee

A standard management fee will be charged on the total invoice cost. This fee includes total event organization (ie.) food menus, liquor, rentals, flowers, decor, initial consultation, on-site visit and all gratuities. Please ask for details.



Confirmation of your Event

Once we have completed the consultation process and created your special event the way you want it, we will send you a confirmation letter. The letter will include all of the details, the menu, the price of everything, what we will be supplying, and what you will be supplying, total number of guests and function date and time. We will be contacting you 3 days prior to confirm your number of guests.


Payment and Account Policy

To reserve your event, krave requires:
Original booking - 10% down with a signed catering agreement
6 months prior to event - 40% down (making total deposit 50%)
30 days prior to event - 25% down (making total deposit 75%)


Corporate Breakfasts and Lunches (under 25 people)

We do not require a deposit on these events, but full payment is due on the day of your event.
